Basic Function of Position:

• Lead the grade-level team academically and spiritually and work with the complete administration team on all-school initiatives. Directly responsible to the Academic Director for students and staff in Pre-Kinder to 6th grade.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Teacher supervision and support
• All-school leadership
• Student academics and parent communication
• Student development and activities

Education:

Education needed:  Minimal BA or BS in education or related field, preferred MA in education

Certification needed: ACSI Certification

Experience needed: 2 years

Other Requirements:

• Teachers must be born again in Christ and shall be actively participating in a local evangelical church and shall lead a mature Christian life through a Pastoral Reference Form.
