Student Council
Whether planning for Youth Day or the annual Lock-in, the mission of ACA’s student council (STUCO) is to keep the school year exciting and fun. Always ready to serve their classmates, the STUCO members make an effort to act collectively as mediators between the staff and the student bodyThe most anticipated event for the majority of the students is lock-in, an event reserved for 9th-12th graders. STUCO typically provides innovative and fun ideas every year to strengthen the relationship between the students in an overnight event, from 7 PM to 7 AM, locked in the school.
Seeking to excel in excellence is the main objective of the National Honor Society. According to its Constitution, the four main purposes of NHS are: to create enthusiasm for scholarship; to stimulate a desire to render service; to promote leadership, and to develop character in the students of secondary schools. ACA is full of budding leaders and the NHS program helps shape and push them to their potential.
